TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BUYING OF BOOKS

On this website you can pursue various book titles or clothing

Every title has it's own page within this website.

Books are dispatched generally within 24 - 48 hours from the point of sale. If there are any delays, the purchaser will be notified by email from the email address they provided. If you are request a book to be signed or with a personal message there maybe a slightly longer dispatch time. We will advise you on this. Returning of books - it is your right to return items that you have purchased from this website. You will have seven days to return an item. The purchaser is responsible for postal costs returning books or any other items for sale on this website.

Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a full refund subject to our satisfaction that the book or item is resaleable. Defaced books or books signed by the author are not subject to returns and we will not issue refunds for them.

BUYING OF CLOTHING

There are various items of clothing available for purchase on this website.

Once a sale has been made the item will generally be dispatched within 24-48 hours, if there is likely to be a delayed period, you will be notified via the email address you have supplied.
If the purchaser is unhappy with the product, they have a seven day period in which they can return the item. Clothing must not have been worn, marked or be fragranced and returned in the same condition as originally received. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the purchaser unless in the unlikely event of a product default. We inspect every item prior to dispatch. We will request evidential proof of such default. In the case of product default, we will pay for the product to be returned. A full refund will be offered or a replacement provided. If the purchaser requests a replacement, for example, a different size of garment, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges in returning the unwanted item as well as the shipping of a replacement.

BOOKING OF DJ MR WOLF

Once a booking has been made a confirmation of booking and invoice will be sent to you. You will also be forwarded a copy of my insurance and PAT certificate if you request them.

Once the invoice has been raised this becomes a contract between both parties. Invoice terms require a 50% deposit to secure the booking unless stated or agreed otherwise. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to the date of the booking unless other terms are agreed in writing.

In the event of cancellation deposits are not refundable. Cancellation within 14 days of the date of booking requires 100% of the invoice to be paid.
